I've already dropped him in the league I had him in. TE as a position feels like it is super down this year, so the worry about having a top tier TE isn't that high IMO
Likely isn’t startable, either, though. One good game and then nothing. As little as that team is throwing the ball right now, I don’t want any receiving options on that team!

I'm not dropping him cuz you have to fill that spot with somebody and chances are you won't find better on waivers. Like @FatSquirtle said, TE as a position is down this yr.

Likely is better than Andrews and I would start Likely over Andrews moving forward until proven otherwise.... Im not hesitant to do this at all
