In the first 4 rounds I like to have 3 WRs. The ADP of a lot of RBs seems to be later this year than they would usually be, so I have been stocking up on them rounds 5-8.
I've been pretty much along that same line, Squirtle ... one of the solid RBs first , then 3 WRs ... then build out from there ... not getting my RB2 until 8th or 9th.
Start with one of the 6 RB studs ... then hit the WRs hard the next 3 rounds ???
Or, Take one of the Big 7 WRs first ... just go all out WR in rounds 2-4 ... fill out your RB room with lesser RBs later ... who may/may not give you a solid week ???

I am still pretty old school and like to get a top RB if possible. There are so few workhorses out there that I feel like they hold a lot of value. WR os so much deeper that I maybe even go for one of the top TEs on that next pick before moving to WR.
QB is also deep beyond those top 4 or 5 rushing QBs and they tend to go much sooner than I am willing to take a QB (rounds 1-3) so I am looking at someone a bit later that is underrated but going to get what you need, like Dak, Love, Goff, or Stroud
I've been following your same logic, strategy ... taking QBs later. What haunts me, tho ... is the reality that in each of the last 4 years in my home league ... the top two finishers always have a top 4 QB. Makes me wonder if this is a must to win the league.

So, Squirtle ... you're taking Burrow, Richardson in the 4th/5th ??? Or, are we talking about Stafford and Goff much later ???

I'm talking Dak, Tua, J Herbo, TLaw in the 8th-10th

I've seen Stroud going in the 5th and 6th and that's way too rich for my blood.
Agree, I am not falling into that trap!
