What am I missing here ??? Why would Tomlin make a change when FIELDS has gone 4-2 and produced, I believe) both, one TD afoot and one thru the air, in all six of his starts ??? Is Tomlin actually giving in to MEDIA PRESSURE ... something I've never seen him do ??? This move confuses me.

They need to see if there is a chance to improve their game even further. We know the offensive line is a mess and if they can improve the passing game if minimally it will continue to keep the team motivated. Also, they don’t wanna send that 4th round pick to my Bears 😂

I think @AmberAlert_FF makes a good point on the draft pick…but my crystal ball says he gets hurt again and Fields makes it back on the field. Or they are throwing the veteran to the wolves against the Jets D and they can justify fields being in ahead of him

I could see it being a combo of what @Corey FFAN and @AmberAlert_FF said, the pick and he gets hurt again. The change makes no sense to me though either @TheGeezer
