As a habitual value and tier drafter, being in the middle is always the sweet spot. No, you may not benefit from doubling up at the end of the round, but you have a much better chance of anticipating round-to-round adp value. You also have the benefit of being able to typically avoid being left on the back end of a positional run that take place during drafts.

this is the first year in a long time i actually prefer to be at the front. the 2nd round feels like a wasteland of the same tier guys, so I rather go elite at the front and get whoever falls at the 2/3 turn.

The first round is pretty loaded with talent that could finish top of their position, gimme a early choice in the 2nd round.
